Don't Get Me Wrong

Don't get me wrong. Tonight's Cardinals/Pirates game was great fun. Yes, the Bucs beat the Cards 5 - 4 scoring the winning run in the bottom of the 8th inning before a full house at PNC Park in Pittsburgh. Don't get me wrong. I love the St. Louis Cardinals. I have had the privilege of covering this great franchise for the past 26 years and I want them to win every game. Still, tonight's game, even though it was the Cards 7th loss in a row, was great fun to televise. This had the atmosphere of a playoff game. PNC Park was electric. Don't get me wrong. I had a blast covering this game tonight. Don't get me wrong. I would have been more happy if the Cards would have won this game.
