Dragging

The Cards jumped out to a 7 - 0 lead after 1 1/2 innings today and held on to beat the Brewers 8 - 6 in 3 hours and eighteen minutes at Miller Park in Milwaukee. This seeming cake walk turned into a bit of a nail biter and was very very draining. Just as in most of the games this season, this one had a horrible pace the whole day. Trying to stay focused when the game is dragging is absolutely a difficult chore to accomplish. I am now at home and I am doing the same thing the game did today. I am dragging.
