A Long Night Shortened

The Cardinals scored 2 runs in the top of the first inning and the Pirates scored 4 runs in the bottom of the first. It certainly looked like we were in for a long night. Then, in the top of the 3rd the rains came. A little over one hour and fifty minutes later the game was postponed with no makeup game announced. A long night shortened by the rain. Thank you.
