The Cardinals beat the Nats tonight by the score of 2 - 0 in 2:42. Adam Wainwright was brilliant as he hurled 8 1/3 innings of shutout baseball. When a starting pitcher gets into a rhythm like Wainwright did tonight, a good TV crew will respond with a wonderful rhythm of it's own. Tonight's game was a perfect example of a game that every GOOD TV crew loves. This wonderful GOOD TV crew in DC responded with a great performance of their own. This was one of our better telecasts of the 2013 season. Thanks to Adam Wainwright and the very, very GOOD DC TV crew.
