A Good Night

The Cards beat the Cubs tonight at Busch Stadium by the score of 5 - 2 in 2:43. Both starting pitchers threw the ball well and there was a great pace to the game and a good flow to the show. It's too bad that this nice game began after a 1:59 rain delay. This was a scheduled 6:08 start because it was also on ESPN and I arrived in my door at 11:37. Oh well, the game itself was quite enjoyable to televise, we had a good telecast and the Redbirds won. A good night indeed.
